Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. To return an item, please ensure it’s unused, in its original packaging with tags, and mail us your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because custom products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless there’s an error related to personalized details like anniversary dates or birthdays. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.


Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will provide notification regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
